• Clock
• Calendar
• Sleeping journal
• Sleep log (table)

1-The sleep log is easy to use:

• Set the time you go to bed and the time you woke up and it will automatically calculate the number of hrs you slept
• In the quality of sleep column, there are a multiple options. choose one!
• The same goes for other columns
• You can adjust these options / Add new one

2-The second section is the sleeping journal

• choose the year and the month
• Inside the month you will find a gallery
• Above you'll find an automated button (new sleeping journal).
• click on that. A new journal will appear below the button. Drag it to the gallery
• Click on the new journal and adjust the properties to your preferences
• Below Also you'll find a small questionnaire. Fill it for each day
• Write down your dreams

  How can you get your template ?

  1. once you purchased the product a file will be sent to you
  2. Open the file Click on the link above and sign into Notion (if not already)
  3. Once the template opened with you. Click on the 3 dots on the right hand and choose duplicate
  4. Edit templates by adding your own colors, text, sections, etc (if needed)
  5. For personal use
