1. Goal: Determine the goal of life, which is generally fixed.

2. Plan: Divided into 3 types - monthly plan, annual plan, five-year plan.

3. Record: Record the time spent on events to create a time ledger.

4. Accounting: Summarize the time spent by project and by category.
