What is the "Eat The Frog" method?

"Eat the Frog" is a productivity concept popularized by Brian Tracy in his book Eat That Frog! The idea is based on a quote often attributed to Mark Twain: "If it's your job to eat a frog, it's best to do it first thing in the morning. And if it's your job to eat two frogs, it's best to eat the biggest one first." In practical terms, it means identifying your most difficult or important task (your "frog") and completing it at the start of your day. By getting this task out of the way, you can build momentum and reduce procrastination for the rest of your day.
